Does NCollection have a physical store?Top

Yes, NCollection is now open in Al Qasba (http://www.qaq.ae), next to Nandos restaurant in Sharjah. Customers who prefer to visit Al Tala Boutique in Sharjah can still do so!

What is the type of fabric used?Top

Double sari and Daja Al Lail material. However if u prefer a different type of material you can always get your own but this will not effect the price of the design.

How to order?Top

You can order online using one of the following methods :

Can I provide detailed instructions on how many garments should be created?Top

Yes. Our ordering request forms allow you to pick your style and design, provide measurements as well as provide your own more detailed requirements. As you pay a standard price for a standard order we may need to charge you an additional amount for preferences which are more demanding for our tailors to incorporate into your shaila. If this is the case then we will always inform you before proceeding with the tailoring request

Can we order the colors?Top

Yes you can order any color you like.

How long does the order take to be completed?Top

Orders usually take between 2 to 3 weeks to be completed. However we do accept special orders

Can girls staying in other countries order?Top

Yes, girls from Gulf/Other countries can place their order. However there will be additional charge for the courier delivery (Aramex, DHL..etc).

Can girls order matching Abaya and Shaila?Top

Yes, now you can choose any Shaila design from the website and request a matching Abaya as well, but you should get along their own ready Abaya.

Why are some of the designs discontinued?Top

The designs are exclusive and therefore, produced in limited quantities.

Is there any return policy?Top

No. goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can we request the designs to be brought to our house?Top

Yes, for customers who cannot visit the boutique at Al Qasba you may request the latest designs of N Collection to be presented to them in the comfort of your home. You may want to invite your friends and family to join this opportunity and make our visit a special occasion.

N Collection service is currently only available in these areas: Dubai and Sharjah.

*Customers in Sharjah area are kindly advised to visit our boutique at Al Qasba.

*N Collection service can be arranged for customers coming from other parts of the UAE to Dubai or Sharjah.

I don't wear colorful Shaila's or Abaya's for daily use, can I change the colors?Top

Yes, all our designs are fully customizable; you can change the color of any shaila or Abaya you like!

The designs look heavy with alot of work, can i reduce the work on the shaila?Top

Yes, all our designs can be tailored to suit your preference! Just let us know your needs!

What is this new crystallizing service?Top

It's a new service we offer our valued customers, where we professionally crystallize their items with Swarovski Crystals.

How can I place an order to bling my item?Top

1. You can visit us at the following locations and view our crystallize products :
   • Dubai Mall, Level1 near Swarovski store (opening 3rd Nov),
   • Al Qasba, Block D (next to Nando's), or,
   • NCollection Boutique, Al Tala Area, Sharjah, or
   • Simply view our online Crystallized gallery and decide roughly on w hat design you want. You can than contact us via phone at +97155 6367787 or email at
2. Crystallizing will take between 2-15days.
3. Advance payment should be done against your order. We accept payments through Bank transfer, Cash and Credit card.

   You can pay into the Business Bank Account if you wish; the details are as follow:

   Emirates Bank International,
   United Arab Emirates,
   A/C No. 0058-870920-001

   The customized item will be shipped back to you via Aramex or DHL (for international shipping kindly contact us for a quote)

What crystal size do you use?Top

We use different sizes of crystals for different designs, namely small, medium and large! To keep your phone slick and sexy, we use smaller size crystals to assure higher quality design.

Which crystal size to choose?Top

If you are on budget, you could select bigger crystal size, however we strongly recommend not to do so if you are looking for delicate & classy appearance. Keep in mind that we do not take responsibility for your choices.

How do you calculate the price?Top

The following affect the price: size of crystals, size of item, extent of hand painting, and exclusiveness of crystals. Also if you want us to draft a new design for you, there will be additional cost.

Do you have Exclusive Swarovski Crystals?Top

At NCollection we offer our valued customers with special crystals, which are only produced on demand! Only limited quantity is available in stock.

Can I order a new mobile and exclusive crystallizing together?Top

Yes! We will be more than happy to find out the best prices of the mobile in the market. However, there is no guarantee that we will be able to offer the lowest price

Can I get a set Crystallized phone and mirror set?Top

Yes you can! Please take a moment and visit our gallery so you can see what we can offer. The gallery will be updated from time to time with the latest products we blinged!

How do I take care of my Custom Crystallized NCollection item?Top

It is very important that you treat your crystallized accessory with care and respect. In fact you should treat it like a Jewelry piece!

Avoid throwing it into your handbag without any protection cover, where it will be rubbed strongly against your keys or other hard objects. By doing this you can enjoy it for a very long time.

But if you drop your phone and loose few crystals, send it back to us and we'll fix it for you

When you have placed your order, you will be contacted by NCollection staff by phone or email to arrange further details.

I don't want my crystallized portrait to be placed on your website?Top

We understand and respect that totally, customer's permission will be obtained prior to uploading the crystallized portrait on to our website.
